Let’s Go Travel! LLC Reservation Terms and Conditions


The terms and conditions below apply to all interactions between Let’s Go Travel! LLC (CST#2122049-40) (referred to below as “LGT”) and you, on behalf of yourself and anyone that you are enrolling in an LGT tour.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about LGT’s travel services, limitations on liability, and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than in court.  LGT may make reasonable modifications to these terms and conditions at any time by giving you notice of such changes.

All tours require a minimum number of persons to operate, determined by Let's Go Travel!  

Day Tours' Cancellation Policy:  For one-day tours you must cancel your reservation fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a per person processing fee of 10%.  Name changes on day-trips are always permitted at any

time without penalty. If there is a waiting list for your tour, we are happy to issue you a refund should you have to cancel if a

replacement can be found.  Tickets are transferable -- if you can find a replacement, please let us know as soon as possible.

Parking Liability at Bus Pickup Locations: Let's Go Travel! offers various bus pickup points or departure locations as a convenience to passengers residing in different areas of the county. However, these pickup locations are offered only as locations from which to board the coach and are not offered or implied as secure or legal locations for automobile parking. We highly recommend guests observe all parking restrictions and local ordinances. We recommend utilizing public transportation, ride shares, or a taxi service to transport you to our departure locations on overnight tours.  Let's Go Travel! assumes no liability for loss, theft, damage, personal injury, or citations arising from the locations at which guests’ automobiles are parked.

 Domestic and International Tours' Cancellation Policy: Please refer to the reservation form for each individual tour, as the fees vary depending on non-refundable payment deadlines, booking terms, etc. 

Let's Go Travel! has the right to issue refunds by check, even if the initial payment was made by credit card.  This applies to all tours.

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended, and covers cancellation fees and other travel-related expenses you may incur.  If you elect to purchase travel insurance, call our office and we will be happy to give quotes and process the transaction for you.

Important notice regarding COVID-19:  Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance on the tour.  LGT is not responsible for the health and safety of your tour.  Vaccinations and masks are not required at this time, but that is subject to change depending on current CDC mandates.  No refunds will be issued, and no exceptions to the cancellation policy will be made, as a result of COVID-19.

LGT’s Role.  LGT acts solely as your agent in arranging hotels, cruises, transportation, sightseeing, baggage handling and other services, and does not assume liability for injury, damage, loss or delay due to any act or default of any other company or person.  

Changes to Tours and to Reservations.  LGT reserves the right to reroute an itinerary or make substitutions equal in value should conditions warrant such changes, as determined by LGT in LGT’s sole discretion.  Additionally, LGT reserves the right to cancel any tour which does not meet the minimum guest signup threshold, as determined by LGT in its sole discretion, and, in such case, refund any payment(s) you have made to LGT directly.  In the case of computer or human billing error, LGT reserves the right to re-invoice you for the correct price and/or travel services requested.  You agree that travel, by its nature, is subject to conditions that are beyond LGT’s control, and therefore that you will not hold LGT liable for any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, misrepresentations made by third parties as to the quality or travel amenities, products and services, or other causes beyond LGT’s direct control, including expenses, omissions, delays, rerouting, or acts of any government or authority.  To preserve the best travel experience possible for guests, LGT reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a member of a tour at any time. 

Disputes, LGT’s Limited Liability and Limited Warranties.  You agree to give LGT an opportunity to resolve any disputes or claims relating in any way to any services or any representations made by us by contacting us at (760) 320-3009.  If LGT is not able to resolve your claims within 60 days, you may seek relief through arbitration or in small claims court, as set forth below.  Any and all claims will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except you may assert claims on an individual basis in small claims court if they qualify.  Arbitrations will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA Consumer Rules.  The AAA's rules are available at or by calling 1800-778-7879.  Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules.  NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, in no event will LGT be liable to you in an amount that exceeds the greater of (a) the amounts you’ve paid to LGT, or (b) one-hundred dollars (US$100.00).  OTHER THANTHOSE WARRANTIES WHICH, UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THESE TERMS, ARE IMPLIED BY LAWS, AND ARE INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION, LGT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, HEALTH OR SAFETY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
